Birth data you enter — date, time and place of birth — used solely to compute your astrological chart. This is the core of the service.

Account data — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account identifier and basic profile.

Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store only a Stripe customer/subscription identifier and purchase records. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service, and, only with your consent, privacy-friendly analytics.

To compute your chart from real astronomy and generate your readings (see AI processing below).

To create and secure your account, send transactional email (verification, password reset) and process payments.

To understand and improve the product in aggregate, where you have consented to analytics.

Your readings are generated by large language models operated by Anthropic. We send the computed, non-identifying chart data (planetary positions, not your name or email) to Anthropic to produce the text. We do not send your email or payment details to the model.

Anthropic (AI text generation), Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), Postmark (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and keep you signed in. Non-essential analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner; you can decline and the site works fully.

If you are in the EEA/UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@sigastra.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We keep your chart and account data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to erase your data, we remove it (subject to limited legal/accounting retention for payment records).
