Terms of Service

This summary restates the terms below in everyday words. It does not replace them and it does not add anything to them — where the two differ in wording, the full clauses are what apply.

What Sigastra is. You give birth details, Sigastra computes an astrological chart from them and writes readings based on that chart. Some of it is free, some needs a Plus subscription, and some can be bought once without a subscription.

What it is for. Personal insight and entertainment, and nothing else. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it should not be the basis for an important decision. For anything in those categories, the answer is a qualified professional rather than a chart.

What you pay and how it ends. Plus renews on its own until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off on the day you cancel. One-time unlocks are exactly that: paid once, no renewal. Every price is shown before you confirm, and payment is handled by Stripe rather than by us.

Your account. Keeping your login secure is your responsibility, and so is whatever happens under it. The two things asked of you are ordinary: give accurate details, and do not deliberately disrupt the service for anyone else.

Who owns what. The software, the design and the brand belong to Sigvanta LLC. The reading produced from your own birth details is yours, and you can use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

The limits on liability. The service is provided as is, and to the maximum extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from its use. That maximum is set by law and not by us — anything that cannot legally be limited is not limited here either.

Which law applies. Wyoming law governs these terms, and the consumer protections that apply in your own country of residence still apply on top of that. The second half of that sentence is not a courtesy; mandatory consumer rights are not something a contract can sign away.

How to reach a person. Everything above has an email behind it, at the bottom of this page. A question about a charge, a cancellation or your data goes to the same address and is answered by a person.

Sigastra computes an astrological birth chart from the birth details you provide and generates written readings (daily readings, a full natal reading, and other features). Some features are free; others require a Plus subscription or a one-time purchase.

Plus is a subscription (€3.99/month or €19.99/year) that renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. À-la-carte unlocks (€1.99) are one-time purchases. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

The Sigastra software, design, brand and generated interface are owned by Sigvanta LLC. Your personal reading is yours to use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Sigvanta LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
