Refund Policy

You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time; it will not renew and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We generally do not refund the current period once it has started, except where required by law.

À-la-carte unlocks (e.g. a full natal reading) are digital content delivered instantly. Once the reading has been generated and delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting a reading/download immediately you acknowledge that delivery begins at once and the withdrawal right may be lost once delivery has started. Where the right still applies, contact us for a refund.
