What editors ask before pasting someone else’s code
The widget is one lazy-loaded iframe of about 6 kB (gzip) — HTML and inline CSS, no webfont, no image files, no JavaScript library. It loads after your own content and never blocks your render.
We set no cookie, run no analytics and load nothing from a third-party host. Your reader is never profiled and nothing touches your consent banner. The only thing stored is their own sign choice, inside our frame.
New text for every sign appears each morning, computed from that day’s sky. You paste the snippet once; there is nothing to refresh, republish or maintain afterwards.
Fluid width up to 340 px, so it drops into a sidebar, an article body or a footer without a media query from you. Light, dark, or auto — auto follows your visitor’s own system theme.
Free horoscope widgets for your website
Drop a live daily-horoscope or moon-phase widget onto any site — a blog, a WordPress page, a news portal — in one paste. Choose the widget, the language and a light or dark theme, and copy the code. No account, no fee, and no paid tier to graduate to.
Every widget is computed from real astronomy — the same observatory-grade ephemerides behind Sigastra — and refreshed daily, so your visitors always see current, original content instead of a syndicated feed that a thousand other sites are running the same day.
Three ways to install it
HTML is the default and works anywhere HTML works: a lazy-loaded iframe plus a real “Powered by Sigastra” link next to it, do-follow, pointing at the matching page in your visitor’s language. That link is the only condition of use.
Script suits sites that would rather place one tag: the snippet injects both the iframe and the attribution into your own DOM from data attributes, so the backlink is in your page and crawlable. Paste-anywhere is for editors who do not touch code at all — a single self-contained block that goes into a WYSIWYG editor or a CMS HTML block and needs nothing else.
If you cannot use an iframe
Some portals run a content-security policy that forbids frames, and some are simply large enough to want the text inside their own template. For them there is a machine-readable feed: the same computed daily content as JSON or RSS, per language, with the attribution carried inside the payload.
The condition does not change with the format. Whatever you render the text in, the “Powered by Sigastra” credit link has to be rendered with it — that is what keeps all of this free.
Widget FAQ
Are the horoscope widgets really free?+
Yes, on any website, commercial or not, with no account and no key. Free use requires only that the do-follow “Powered by Sigastra” link stays in your page.
How do I embed the widget?+
Pick the widget, sign, language and theme above, then copy the HTML, Script or paste-anywhere snippet and put it into your page. It works anywhere you can add HTML.
Will it slow my page down?+
It is one lazy-loaded iframe of about 6 kB (gzip) — HTML and inline CSS, no webfont, no images, no JavaScript library. It loads after your own content and never blocks your render.
Does it use cookies or tracking?+
No cookie, no analytics, nothing loaded from a third-party host. The only thing stored is the visitor’s own sign choice, inside our frame on our origin — so it does not belong in your consent banner.
Will it hurt my SEO with duplicate content?+
No. The widget content lives on our source page under our canonical, so it is never indexed as your content. You get fresh on-page value and a clean, relevant outbound link.
Which languages and signs are available?+
Fifteen languages and all twelve signs for the daily widget, plus a live moon-phase widget. The attribution link always points at the page in the language you selected.
Everything here is free. The only condition is a visible do-follow link — plus a canonical tag when you publish the full text.
